Title: ??? Does 2017 Streetglide CVO have governor?

I have a 16", my friend just bought a 2017. Does it have a governor on it? He has an FP3, and noted that he believes it has a governor at 110 mph. Thoughts?

Engine has a speed limiter and an rpm limiter. 107mph and 5800 rpms.

FP3 will take care of his RPM Redline, You say he has a FP3 will take a couple minutes to change it.
