Title: 2018 passenger backrest with matching orange stitching
Post by: bad00serg on September 05, 2017, 02:08:20 PM: Anyone know if there is a HD passenger backrest that has the matching stitching and materials for the new 2018 seat? Also, any good pics of the SG and RG seats? They appear to be a little different, at least in stitching patterns.

Yes there is an black chrome emblem inset into the rear of the riders seat. I believe only the Gunship gray SERG and SESG get the seat with all this orange stitching. The others do have orange stitch but not the diamond pattern.

In big letters Harley Davidson. In smaller letters under the previous it says Custom Vehicle Operations

Post by: bad00serg on October 02, 2017, 10:20:44 AM: Just thought I would post a follow up on this in case anyone is interested. I purchased the 2018 CVO seat that comes stock on the gray RG and SG as well as the matching backrest pad for my 2014 RK. I love the look!

I road 1K miles on that seat Monday and another 500 miles on Tuesday.
