RUNNING ROUGH HELP

2008 Roadking FI, ran fine last night, this morning rough idle and sounds like hitting on one cylinder. Thoughts please. Maybe a bad wire or coil?

Simply checks first

Check spark plug cap is on tight
Check wires are on tight at both ends
Change spark plugs
Check for error codes from speedo or software
Make sure injectors are connected

What did you do to it after you shut it down last night and before you cranked it up this morning?  Did you perhaps wash the bike and get water into an area it shouldn't be?  It wouldn't be the first time that happened to someone.

Don't change parts based on guesswork, do some basic diagnostics.  Check for spark at both plugs, check compression, etc.
