Just wondering if someone has a chart or spreadsheet (some folks are like that) that lists the CVO-unique features over the years and how they have changed.

Like the CVO Limited doesn't have the extended saddlebags anymore.  To me it looks like an Ultra limited with special wheels, paint and a 117 but not much else.

Back in the day things like real chrome handlebars, chrome controls, the stereo (on the 2012 SG anyway), extended bags, and really nice paint. It just doesn't seem like they are as "Custom" as they were a few years back.

But they still have those lousy lifters in them, lol.

CVO Ultra and the CVO Limited never had stretch bags.  That has only been CVO Road Glides and CVO Street glides and CVO Road Kings.  Never ultra or limited models
