2018 CVO 117 Cam and Fulsac Ex system

Cam is a bolt in no springs needed .   Stage 1 vs a Stage II

6th gear ALL runs are to be in 1:1 ratio ( per DJ)    That how its to be shown Not running these bikes in a 1:1 only promotes more confusion on comparing dynos  in my opinion

1.75 cores in the Se mufflers and the Fulsac head pipe

Nice Steve, thanx for your hard work and expertise. What A/C would you recommend that would still leave room for fairing lowers?

Sure thing it was a fair amount of work for the testing but it paid off . The other post has the other testing in it . Nice curve for a bolt in cam and ex system.

Steve, what cam is that?  The HD stage III or a different one?

What you going to do for an air filter?  Seems the sock one takes about 3 torque and HP when in place.

Cam is a custom ground item ( specs may or may not be released not sure if this is the end of testing for it yet ) works with stock springs not huge by any means . Air filter ended up to be a Trask Assault item

I assume this is a customer bike, any comments from the owner once he has a few miles on this combination? Good throttle response and off idle performance? Any valve train noise, or all is quiet?

Customer reviewed on FB page . No valve train noise . Response is great , but that has much to do with the tune . It pulls extremely hard from idle all the way up . The amount of tq on tap makes it a fun bike to ride .

No just that the customer loves it .. Nothing he wants to change just likes to ride the wheels off it.. I have a 120 going together but its a big wheel bagger so pipe is not going to be its strong suit .  so power wise hard to throw it into the mix

Oh by the way, I'm not ready yet or in a big rush just curious as I'm sure others are! :-)

You will definitely need clutch upgrades.  With just a fullsac head pipe and power cores with a good dyno tune I have a little clutch slip.

I can cure mine with the heavier spring.  However if I add cam I will have to go to the AiM VP-SDR lock up clutch.

It will hold 150 torque.  I am running it in my built 13 CVO KING with 138.5 HP and 140 torque.
