Naviextras Toolbox not working?

Hello all!

I hate that my first post outside of my introduction is a technical issue, but here it goes.

I'm trying to use the Naviextras toolbox to update my maps on my 2015 FLTRUSE.  Unfortunately, every time I open the program up on my computer I get an error message that the service is unavailable at this time.  Is this a specific issue with my computer or is the system down user-wide?

I just opened mine up and it went through an update, then it opened normally, I hope this helps, good luck

Don't know if it is your problem, but be advised that Naviextras does not play well with Apple iOS.

Must be something with my computer then, I keep getting the "Service is unavailable at the moment" error message!

Well, it looks like the naviextras toolbox does not play well with Avast Antivirus Software.  I got it to work on another computer without that antivirus installed.
