Thinking about 1st CVO

New to the group. I Found it mentioned on another message board. It seems like plenty of good info. Owned  HD for over 20 years, never cvo though,  just sold my last and well, here I am. Here's my dilemma.... I have been reading a few posts here and elsewhere, with motor issues for the 2007 110. They range from the normal whiny, "I lost a day of riding because..." all the way to needing to replace the motor completely with under 5K on it. The latter is what gives me concern. Are these isolated issues or manufacturing problems across the board? I have on opportunity for a 2007 SE Springer with about 4K on it and no upgrades. I will remedy the upgrade issue quickly if I pull the trigger, I just need to know if there are major motor issues b4 I jump in.

Welcome to the site from Ontario Canada. I say if you want the bike, go for it and see if you can buy the extended warranty. I have an 07 with about 5500 miles & have had no issues. Good luck with your purchase.   Muffman

Problems? What problems? I haven't heard of any problems with the 110. 100% reliable. ;)

Regardless, buy it, ride it and fix it if it breaks. :2vrolijk_21:
