To answer your question requires an answer first.

What do you consider "Custom" Engine mods? Tins and Paint?

How do you want the bike work done there are several options. Once that is known assistance can be provided.

Yes Talon

This is exactly what I have in mind. This is A Bad Dad custom. I've seen their site and in fact I'll use their parts of the rear fender  + stretched bags for my project. It's awesome example.!!!

So your going to take your CVO and totally change  it up?? I think I'd start with a normal Harley and modify it, below is a link to Milwaukee Bagger

Look, I thought a lot about changing a CVO from it's original stock look..... I've decided to do it with a CVO because even changed it's still a CVO  Chassis #. In Athens, were its going to be in summer time, will be the only CVO and a very very special one!!!
I've checked the their site and it's cool. But I'd rather use Bad Dad or Arlen Ness's rear system. Pretty much I've done my investigation  !! Maybe you know of any cool gauge bezels. There is a site  http://www.harleygauges.com/harleyhome.html.

This my idea of a custom bagger.

I live near Bad Dad's been there a couple times. They do some nice work personally I like the Arlen Ness rear fender and bags or www.milwaukeebagger.com treatment.

Not sure I would've started with a CVO but it'll be a sweet ride in the end.

Also may want to try FBI customs http://fatbaggers.com/

or Insane Choppers http://www.insanechoppersmilwaukeewi.com/inventory/default.asp?ID=7

You are a lucky man to leave close to BAd Dad....I'm only 5,000 km away but internet is everything. It wouldn't be possible to exchange so many info without it. I spoke with Adam at Bad Dad back in October when I was researching the hole project and I understood that they can do decent job, but I felt that If I wanted to go all the way custom I had to find a custom builder with experience. You see there isn't much room for error since the bike will end up in Greece. Warranty issues are a main concern as is reliability and durability...
One of the guys I felt very comfortable with is Paul Yaffe (http://www.baggernation.com).Check it out. He has a degree in Engineering and his bikes are always in the media, plus he makes a lot of parts for Baggers.

What about Klockwerks?  They might be too mild for you, but they make pretty unique bagger parts.

Paul does some top notch work I've seen it in person at trade shows! You will pay for it but should get what you expect.
Bad Dad is not going to be the quality level of Yaffe's shop they dint have his budget. The exterior finish is good but the undersides are less finished.

FBI is mostly bolt on modifications so it shouldn't affect reliability and they also have high quality seen their work at Sturgis.

Arlen Ness also uses top quality and can complete the build to your specifications. Arlen is easy to talk to and work with.

I've only seen the Milwaukee Bagger info on the website bu it looks like they deliver a quality product as well.

If you asked me to pick it would likely come down to Arlen Ness or Paul Yaffe especially at that distance.

I would also come to inspect the bike here before taking delivery, Just to be confident it was right and watch it get loaded in the container properly.

Absolutely right I plan to take delivery in Arizona when the bike is ready, stay there for a week enjoy the road trips, find anything I don't like, change it and then ship it to Greece. This style I love to have as in the pick.
