My new windshield
« on: January 27, 2010, 08:49:13 PM »

I decided to try a longride shield. 8" medium tint. Looks very well made. I took it out for a test ride as soon as I got it. It does allow the wind up over my head and I can see over it. Tested it with my beanie with the sun bill on it. didn't try to blow the Helmut off.  Customer service is very good. It was here in three days. It looks cool too.

I've gone with the Klock Werks windshields in the past, really work from a wind "buffetting" standpoint, and good looking too!  How did the front end feel when you got up to speed with that?

I had it to 85 on the way to work this morning for a bit, no buffeting just a little wind noise. I'm impressed seems to be very well made. The optics are A's good A's any I've see. They bent over backwords to make sure I got exactly what I was after.

Does anyone have the "XStream"?  I am thinking about purchasing this but wonder what it would look like on my bike.   :confused5:
