bullet speakers
« on: February 25, 2010, 01:14:06 PM »

can anyone recommend / not recommend which bullet speakers I should go with? I really want to have tunes outside of my ear plugs hooked up to my zumo 550 while on the road...can't seem to find one that i really want to trust...

thanks in advance!

Personally I don't have experience with the bullet speakers but have friends that have tried them and say they arn't much good over 50 mph. Anothe frien had those larger non bullet speakers and liked them but they are kind of fugly (casn't remember the manufacturer). On my other bike I bluetooth to my zumo to listen for music and directions which I like much better than ear plugs. However the bluetooth option only works with a 3/4, full or flip helmet or a half helmet with the ear flaps zipped on. Good luck
