Tire pressure CVO Limited
« on: October 13, 2013, 08:44:29 PM »

So I am generally very happy with my new motor and all the stuff that came with it. One item missing was the manual. (I got the radio Boom manuals) but the manual for the actual bike was for a "Normal" Ultra 103 Ci.

My book is on order but I like to make sure that I have the correct tire pressure so can any of you that got the book with your CVO limited take a look and let me know what HD recommends?

I believe its 40 in the rear and 36 in the front.   I normally run 38 rear and 36 front with no problems or strange tire wear.   Using those pressures, I was able to get 19,000 miles out of my last pair of Dunlops.

This don't answer you quiz, but I run 40/40 in every touring bike I have owned. The front feels a little stiff, but I like it that way.

I followed the BMW specs on my K1600, 43 front and rear. Seemed high to me but it handled great.
