Has anyone towed a trailer with their Limited? My wife and I are planning to ship our Limited to the states next year for a months touring and we would want to use a trailer to be comfortable. We previously had a trailer for our 05 Ultra Classic and it worked very well.

i have towed with mine and no problems at all buy a bushtech hitch it fit perfect!

Thanks. I think I'll buy a Bushtec when I get over to the US and take it back to Australia when I go home. I'm sure they can match the red CVO Limited colour.

How are you getting the bike to the USA

There is a company called Get Routed that specialise in shipping bikes to the states, NZ and Europe. I have enquired before and they seem pretty switched on. It would be simpler just to rent a Limited over there but my wife doesn't like to travel light so we would need a trailer and I doubt very much that any rental bike would allow towing. Besides - it would be great to have my own CVO to ride.
