Title: 2 Tubes

Are these 2 small tubes running from under the back of the tank suppose to go under the black plastic bracket that is attached with 1 bolt?

No, they would rub against those bolts and eventually wear a hole in it.  Mine are on top, also. :2vrolijk_21:
