Who makes these chrome covers?
« on: September 17, 2012, 11:52:56 AM »

Saw a CVO Street Glide with these chrome covers over the turn signal bolts
Does anybody know who makes them?
Thanks
Vincent

HotTopper part# HTD265 maybe?

Hot Toppers shows part number HTD 500 used for these, and it is a big lump of a thing sticking proud.  The pics here appear to show something almost flush, slightly conically domed.

I've taken a Hot Toppers that have tops like this and Dremmeled off the sides so they sit flush over the bolt. Minor mod and it looks great!

They look exactly like the Hot Topper pieces my brother just put on. They fit flush.

Those look just like the hottoppers I had on my last bike.  I had a kit to do the engine and I still have several pieces left over (mainly for bolts that were covered over by kuryakyn chrome covers).  I used them in that same spot as pictured and had to use a good bit of silicone to keep them in place.  They look very nice there and they do not protude much.  The bolts make for enough of a recession at the bolts outer edge, and that makes it so they do not protude to the point of not looking like they belong there.

I put chrome torx bolts in with chrome washers.  Look good to me.  :)
