Virginia has rules :

 46.2-1088.4. Devices used to supply nitrous oxide to the engines of motor vehicles.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any motor vehicle on the highways of the Commonwealth if such vehicle is equipped with any device that supplies the vehicle's engine with nitrous oxide, unless the device has been disabled such that the supply of nitrous oxide is disconnected and not readily accessible to the source of delivery.

Violation of any provision of this section shall constitute a Class 3misdemeanor.

Well as an HBRR member in good standing, I request that our esteemed National VP, Mike Shrader, weigh in on a ruling.  We all are aware of what being Otis'd , Harry'd and pulling a Hubbard means.  Perhaps we need a Sneaky Pete provision.  I defer to Shrader on this so there are no more protests from Hillary Rodham Hubbard!

As the sole HBBR National Executive present during the aforementioned engagement at the recent WV GTG, I hearby decree and declare that Sneeky Pete did not in fact Otis Harry.  It was a fair and forthright engagement and Pete maintained the advantage.

Based upon this observation, I hereby decree that Virginia is "THE FASTEST CHAPTER", and that Pete shall wear this crown until such time as another HBBR member in good standing shall take it from him.

So let it be written, so let it be done.

I know that this decision may be be popular with the Florida Chapter, because it was a topic of discussion at breakfast the following morning, some mention was made that Harry was not on his fastest bike, and that is true. Be that as it may, Pete in no way swayed or otherwise directed the bike selection prior to the ride, and therefore it is a mute point.

So from this day forward a Sneeky Pete means " you got beat"

A certain number of gentlemen had a little sporting contest the last few miles back to the hotel after one ride.
If I recall, a gentleman originally from Tennessee pulled out in front of the ride captain first, followed by a gentleman from Illinois, a gentleman from Virginia, and a gentleman from Florida. The gentleman from Virginia was the first to the hotel.

After another ride a gentleman from South Carolina, known to some as the Officail Berry Master of CVO Harley, Otis'd the entire group of some 25 to 30 riders. The second time he passed the ride captain he was holding up two fingers, the ride captain naturally thought that he was in some severe form of gastronomic distress and up the pace appropriately. Upon our return to the hotel the ride captain was informed that he was Otis'd twice, hence the 2 digits displayed.
