Full Moon Total Eclipse!

Was outside for the last 45 min or so watching the Full Moon Total Eclipse! The sky was crystal clear here, perfect weather for viewing. What an awesome sight. Tonight the East coast was able to witness this and there'll be one in August that's viewable from the West. This is a pretty rare occurance and rarer that I can see it in NYC! I hope others were lucky enough to catch it! Hoist! 8)

Good for you, Howie.  Nothing but clouds here in Northern VA.  Maybe next time ~ three years :nixweiss:.

Didn't even know there was going to be an eclipse.  I wonder if we would have seen it here in Alabama.  Umbra?  Penumbra?  Is that right?
