Has the Hideout reopened?  Went out there this summer and it was closed for remodeling.  Nice ride anyway but a bit disappointing.

Spiderman and Beags took me there last Feb. and it looked like a ghost town then as well. Hope it reopens for you guys, looked like it might have been a good place to toss a few back. Later,Q

The septic system dropped it's diaper, so the health dept. put a close order till fixed.  As far as I know the fix is fixed.  As my friends from the Mountain said when they went to the coast, " it's nice, but where do you pee?"

I just called the Palomar Fire House. They said the road to Palomar won't be open till next week. My wife is on the phone now expressing her mind to some officials. We'll see what happens.

I'll be there at 11:30 + or -. I have a 5 liter mini keg on Palomar for back-up in the event of any unforeseen problem down at the lake(Hideout).

1130ish sounds good. I should be able to get Beags going by 1115 and the way he likes to ride, we'll do the 45 miles to the Hideout in 25 minutes  :)
