Looked like a great ride. You SoCaliers will be in great form by the time you get here.
I'd have liked to have been there.
Won't need to worry about jackets, if the snow doesn't go away here we'll all have to do our rides on a Tour Bus. No worries, it's going away fast, it's now down to only 10 feet deep. :nixweiss:

Guys,
I really had a fun time, even with a stripped shifter shaft. Extra Big Thanks to Wrongway Dave for doing the wrenching. I think he could tell I was getting frustrated. We did have a variety of weather from windy, gusty, warm, cool, and nice. Heck everything was nice. Maybe next time Angelus Crest will be open all the way and we can ride that. I let Karen work the camera from the backseat, so here is some of her handiwork.

Two shilouettes on the road.

Here's a picture of Dave out "Hunting". He did a DAMN GOOD JOB of taking a Jerk in a white Kia and setting him up for a ticket by the CHP.......in a construction zone no less where the fines are doubled!
-
Dave and Donna.

Cracked Rear View

Making the heel shifter into a toe shifter.

The village of Arrow Bear.
Hey check out the speaker pods on my dash. I got those from Jim at Metal Dragon. GOOD STUFF!
-
Lou and Terry took us on a personal tour around Big Bear. We stopped at a place for lunch on the lake. There was a Rally going on and lots of bikes in the area.
-
On the way back home we stopped at LA Harley and I got the shaft,......shifter shaft that is.
Karen found a purple Street Glide she likes. And it looks like this.
