Title: trip-of-a- lifetime
Post by: 08glide on August 13, 2013, 12:19:54 PM: started on 7/10/13 ended 8/8/13. did 9516 mi. left va. went to boston,n. conway,nh (mt. washington),bar harbor (bah habah), halifax,nova scotia, bangor,me, albany,ny thru buffalo into niagara on canada side. then on thru ontario to pt huron, muskegon,mi. (took lake express to milwaukee,wi. then thru minn to mitchell, sd, sturgis (deadwood,spearfish etc for couple days), onto devils tower, casper, wy, grand junction,wqy. down to montrose- durango (rt 550, million dollar hwy)cut thru cortez to tuba city,az, grand canyon, williams,az, kingman,az (rte 66), hoover dam,down rt 95 & back to kingman. lake havasu ( london bridge), chandler,az, socoro,mn, amarillo,tx, groom, tx, weatherford,tx, tecumseh,ok (3 days there), jackson,tn. then onto l-burg,va. home sweet home. wanted to get jackson,wy yellowstone, grand tetons seattle,oregon & west coast hwy. I ran out of time ( dr. appt). Maybe next time will try to post pics later. will need help (maybe haird & firedood). great trip over-all

As for pictures, I've found that if you can get them around 1.0 MB in size for each post, they post faster and with little issues. The larger the file, the longer it takes to post and there is a limit of 2200KB/picture if you post for a pic on a post.
Some of our group use other ways to place mulitiple pics in one posting and dOOd, Jock or others can direct you the right way. I ain't that tech savvy to help you there.

Look forward to some pics when you get a chance. Bet you have lots to share with a trip like that.... :2vrolijk_21:

Plan on working on pic postas then. hope foired00d can guide in the right direction. got 1150 pics. filled 4gb memory card, bought 8gb in camera.
