Empathy for a Homesick Snowbird

In Scottsdale, AZ the other day....
Someone saw a bumper sticker on a parked car that read: " I miss Chicago!"
So they broke out the window, stole the radio, shot out two of the tires, and left a note that read,  "Hope this helps!”
