I would not let them fix it, but rather get a settlement in cash.
This way you can have it repaired by who you want. This will also give you a direct link to who does the repairs which is good in case there are any issues after the repairs are made.

That would be a bit difficult for me Cat Eyes, first I will have to look for another dealer then going through the hassle of getting the parts then if things didn't go as I'd like, then trying to have things gixed, honestly, I don't have the time to deal with that.
The dealer I'm with is responsible from A to Z about everything, including the settlement and dealing with the transport and insurance companies. All I need to do now is drop the bike off when all new parts are available, pick it up the following day.
The dealer didn't do anything wrong, despite the fact that they had that transport company deliver the bike. Still not their problem. And to be fair, they have been very good managing the situation so far. They ordered all the new parts without even waiting for the insurance company to agree to cover the costs.
I think I will stick with them and see how things would go
