Give the stealer your VIN and they will set you up in about a week for around $150... Yes it has to be married to the bike. I hope you know code to disarm your bike with the turn signals :-\ :-\

76537-08   KEY & FOB ASSEMBLY POWER LOCK (specify key code)   $89.65

68926-07   REMOTE CONTROL FOB w/ 66373-06 BATTERY   $44.95

Yes, you will need them programmed to your bike.  If your dealership is a good one, I would hope they would program them for free if you buy the parts from them.

Jerry

Just a quick question guys.  The parts list indicated there should have been two of each.  Did you actually get two, or just one?  The reason I ask is I've seen a couple posts that claimed they only got one, and I'm curious.

gcr- thanks for parts numbers- spot on.

UPDATE::::
Also had the good/bad dealer experience.
Local dealer is 2 miles away. Wanted hour labor (80) to program.
Dealer 35 miles away was free to program.
I took a ride. Key needs to be ordered. 10 days or more to get.

Both key and FOB need programmed to bike, all working items need to be present . I picked up FOB today and had new one and remaining old one programmed. All three keys when new one arrives. Keeping the one ran over, still works, just plastic is cracked where ring goes through. Giving it to wife so she can lock/unlock bags if I'm not around. Figure I wont give her FOB since she leaves purse in bike at times and walks away. That would let anyone start it up and drive off. If I lost set with FOB with her around, I can use the program number I put in.  Second set in safe, so when I do this again they are at home and can be used. With this new set up, really don't need to carry any keys or FOB, just hit accessory or run switch on, put in code , hit unlock on dash. Could be PIA when stopping with wife and she is fumbling around  before going in somewhere. But if by self really only have to hit lock on dash and turn off bike. I don't know if it will let me actually lock handlebars with bike running though...check that out later.
Thanks all.
Two keys and FOBs come with bike. When reordering its only one at a time.
