The '14 and '15 CVO Deluxe's come with them.  My wife likes hers but she is always following me, so not sure how much she actually uses it...

I will soon be running the Garmin 590lm on my 14 RK CVO which is their newer unit.  It will be in the Dragonfly fairing that I have on order and should be getting soon so I don't have pics as of yet.  That unit is capable of monitoring tire pressure through added stem cap sensors that I'm looking forward to as well.  Another model to look at if you aren't committed to the other two.

Also I have a dragonfly cycle concepts fairing with a sterio so if I could wore it into the sterio I would have xm radio if I'm not correct. I would only want it on long trips or unfamiliar city's might be nice

I run the road tech 660 on my 13 SERK.  I have it wired through the handlebars.  When the bike is on it has power from the bike, and I also run the output back to the iPod holder in the left rear saddlebag.  So I have audio from it, and directions through the sound system.

I have a Zumo 660 on my CVO RK. Only issues, had to buy another mount as the bars are wider than my last bike. You also need to buy the harness that plugs into the accessory plug on the bike, works with the Canbas.

Mine fitted as per the pictures and narrative, chrome mount on the handle bar. Mount took a bit of adjusting to get the grip right, but I have not touched it now for over 7000 km. I really like the functions and I find the real time speed (with speed limit displayed where shown) a far more accurate and easy to read source of information than the standard speedo. A good piece of kit.

I have the same unit and had it installed by the dealer for a very clean install.  The only thing I dont like is the cords that "hand out" of the handle bars (to connect the XM receiver, etc.) but I can live with that.  I actually purchased the black HD install bracket but ended up switching it out with the chrome one because it became faded and looked pretty ugly.  The chrome unit blends well with the grips.
