Air Wing light LED install help on 2015 CVO RG

Ok got the tour pack rack light that mounts underneath the luggage rack (Air Wing Rack LED Light Kit-68000113) directions are a little vague on where to hook up the light to. I have it installed but not sure where to attach to make it work. Does it hook up to connector behind battery or does it install rite behind the tail light plug. There is a y harness included. Also there is some pins & connector included. Any help or some pics would be appreciated.

Mine on my 09 tied in to the tour pack wires with the Y harness.

It connects in that jumble of wires under the flap on the passenger backrest of the TP. Right behind the seat. Instructions tell you to run the wires through an existing grommet and then put the end on it. Tried that fight for about 10 minutes before I drilled a new hole and used another grommet. Don't think I have any pix handy.

Ok thanx. I don't have a wiring diagram on what color wire goes where to install the pins. Prolly just going to take to dealer so they can crimp the pins & install the harness. Shouldn't cost too much since i've installed everything.

Instructions were very detailed that came with mine as to which pins to install. I just lubed it with a little soap and fished it thru the grommet and installed the pins per the instructions. Took about 30 minutes total inc waxing the top of TP while rack was off.
Now the only complaint is the light is a pos. Really does not illuminate much, if anything, but install was easy enough and it does look like it goes there.
