It's a but amusing that he mentions that the movement in the rocker assembly is eliminated and that is an advantage.
Reality is it is that movement that can allow you to pull the support plate toward the air filter and ADD pushrod to tube clearance. Also the vendor speaks as though this is the sole source and likely main cause of valve train noise. There will be many disappointed folks when they still have valve train noise after this install and in worse case with interference between the pushrods and the upper tubes. A better way to accomplish this is with set screws IMHO. Also keep in mind with proper torque and moving the support plate against the side of the shaft relief there is compression of the aluminum support and the shafts are held in place that way, no add-ons. The set screws are just insurance. Again JMHO

He didn't show how to remove the locker so the shaft can be removed.  Does it come with a removal tool so they can be pressed out?

It was suggested on another forum to use a tap and then pull them. Sounds reasonable.

Rocker arm shaft noise?

Would replacing stock Harley rocker arm assembly with S&S Rocker arm assembly and S&S shafts solve the ticking problem?

That depends on what kind of "ticking problem" you have.  There are many sources of top end noise in Harley engines, and the one that's been posted about recently with the rocker shafts is just one of many.  I personally can't see spending the money to replace parts to "maybe" fix an issue unless you know your parts are actually bad, and until you tear yours down you don't know if you have a rocker shaft problem or not.  Just throwing new parts at it is kind of like signing up for a heart bypass operation before you get tested to see if your arteries are clogged, if you know what I mean.

Very interesting vidio clip.
With that amount of free play you would think the rattle sound would be there at all times (low and hi rpm) and no just between 2200 and 2800rpm.

Set screw idea is a better solution in my opinion. Run them in from the underside so if they happen to back out they will stay captured.

Before going to the trouble thought I would be sure that your rocker shafts are in fact moving by checking for witness marks on the support plate bolts.
