Looking at the features of my 2006 CVO Ultra Classic, it lists the garage door opener; I was wondering if I needed both pieces or if the transmitter was already built into my bike. Th manual says I just need to flip the high beams on & off to trigger the transmitter but it doesn't tell me which kit I need.

You should only need the receiver.
