Don't get the moving sometimes, might want to repost your intro.

Now for your question. I have the fullsac 2 1/4 on my '13 SERK and love them. Not obnoxious but a good bark when you hit the go button. Can't speak for the RC's, maybe someone else will chirp-up.

I know the regular RCX mufflers have a 2.5" baffle which is too big for our bikes. You will lose low end torque. These bigger baffles are for large builds or for guys running cats in the headpipes. I'm pretty sure the 4.5 RCX's have the same or bigger baffles.

You can't go wrong with the Fullsac option, or with Rinehart 4" mufflers, which I run. The Rineharts also have a spiral core louvered 2.25" baffle like the Fullsac baffles.

Popular opinion is that a 2.0" baffle is the best for overall performance, but I, like you, prefer a bit more sound so I like the Rineharts.

I'm pretty sure, but best to give them a call. If you are somewhat handy, you just need to grind away some welds to get the inner cap off, then the baffle slides right out. There is a link to the Youtube instructional video somewhere around here.

You don't like Rineharts? Would be the same sound/performance as the Fullsac 2.25", plus they look better because you wouldn't have that pipe sticking out of the muffler look. There are some used ones for sale on the HD forum. Mine look even better since I added the PM contrast cut end caps. I even experimented with the Fullsac sleeves and baffle wrap, which I have the option of using for long trips if I feel like it to tone it down just a bit. They worked great.

RCX will run fine on a 110" with a good tune. I had them (RC 4.0 Gatlin)  with a Fullsac DX on my 2015 RG 103" with a map from Fullsac I downloaded, ran very well. Only reason I changed them was because I like  the look of a 2X1 on this bike.

The RC's sounded great IMO. Sound is different for each individual, but I liked the sound. Not too loud cruising, good bark when you get it on.

I've heard the 4" RCX and I agree they do sound great. They got lots of options for tips too.

Myself though, I'm sure I'd give up some tq with the 2.5" baffle, so I'll stick to Rineharts.

I am still running stock headed pipe with the cat still in.plus when i had my sporty dyno with. S&S motor with 13/4 straight drags my local shop. Hillside cycle showed me a little truck with a bolt to get more back pressure for my tq i am sure i could put one throught the end cap if needed.my am not a hot rodder any more for the most part.once in awhile i get a wild hair and hit 110-plus but not often
