Head Quarters has been around for a while. Their workmanship is second to none. They have a very good rep doing EVO heads. For the guys that have chimed in here and have had TC heads done, remember the CVO hemi head has a bastard design. The design in the chamber is great but the plug being off to the side makes for incomplete combustion and low  power.

The TC bath tub heads are a great head and make some very good power. The problem here is we spent 30 grand plus on a CVO and most of us would like to keep it looking like a CVO. So the bath tub combustion chamber is really not an option unless you want to spend a couple of grand welding up the combustion chambers and reshaping of your stock CVO heads.

There are a few out there that have a CNC program or experience with the CVO head. I am not sure about Freedom but would suspect they have done some testing. Zippers has done some extensive testing and does a good job with the CVO head. Another is Wes Brown from Cycle- Rama. He has done a few sets for me in the past.

I am currently building a 103 in a FLH standard. I am using SE pistons (10.5 to 1) and a Harley CVO ( by Wes Brown) Hemi head. This bike is going to running a CV 51mm carb and SE adjustable ignition along with a set of woods cams (gear driven) Wes did the heads on this build. The heads are set up for  STREET TOURING so I am not looking for numbers in the 120's. The best part about this build is it is a 103 CVO crank and HD cylinders and pistons and CVO heads just like our build would be. The cams and ignition and carb are the only difference from what we would do on a CVO fuelie.

As soon as I get it finished and get some miles on it I will dyno the bike and report the numbers.
