He was the heart and soul of a band with many personalities and great players. .many of us grew up with Glenn.  He will be missed. .  RIP brother Glenn. . . . Stuart.

RIP Glen Frey. was just talking about another Eagles tour last week, thinking about all the guitar jams on stage with Glenn, Joe Walsh,Don Felder.  Glenn will be missed

The Eagles were just in the Knoxville area and we didn't go (the show was sold out).  We've missed seeing another great talent.  67 is young.  Makes you wonder what's keeping Keith Richards going..... :nixweiss:

My wife showed me a post on Facebook (I don't have FB so I can't find the post) that listed all the rockers from the golden age of rock that were in their late 60's and older.  The it was a long list and an eye opener.  I suspect that this will be common soon. 

Frankly, I was surprised to see some of the names on the list due to their heavy partying in their youth and that they lived as long as they did.  Heck, I am surprised that most of the original Rolling Stones are alive and can still kick it around in their 70's.
