YB, let me know when your meeting Chad, so we can possible meet up and have some lunch.

10-4!

Once I check mine and Chads schedule, I'll PM you and let you know when that time is.

Hey gang,

Just wanted to give an update.
I had a small oil leak on my back cyclinder down low where the jugs and case connect. Simple fix that my dealer stood behind and fixed! O ring was the problem.

By upgrading my "B" X-Pipe and 2.5" Baffles to "D" X-Pipe and 2.0" Baffles, it looks like I picked up 10TQ down low from before. (Dyno run only)

Due to my work schedule, it looks like I won't be able to see Chad for my final Dyno tune until the 2nd week of June.

Have about 600ish grin filled miles so far.
And like everyone else that has already commented about their 117" build, it was worth every bit of $$$ for this upgrade!!! I am glad, that I did the bottom end work for safe measures. The clutch seems to be working flawlessly and has very good slow speed manors. Slightly different feel down low, but that was expected.

Can't wait to see what Chad can do with the final tune!

Truly, this is how all CVOs should come from the factory. I'm sure in another year or two, all CVOs will be this way from the MoCo.

Anyone on the fence, just do it!!!!!

Enjoy!

Glad the builder/dealer stood behind their install of the 117 kit.  I'm so impressed with the 110 in my CVO Pro Street that I would be afraid of the 117 kit.  My new bike weighs 130 lbs. less than my old SG and it pulls like a freight train.

If some is good; more is better.

Good news on the baffle change too, YB.

So far so good with all the 117's  8)

I felt the exact same way for the first year or so. Wanted a boost and was looking at cams when the 117 kit came out. Jumped right on it. The difference is astonishing. Believer me. Power down low is the same or maybe better, but the difference is that it never ends. Just keeps on pulling into the triple digits.
