Harley sell one time use pre-treated cleaning clots that you can use. About $1.50 or so. I bought a box so I can use in other vehicles as well.

I use a product called ifoam foaming screen cleaner for electronics, we got it for the TV and use it on ipad and phone screen protector film. Comes as a kit with soft cloth. Makes it look like new. Should be able to find it anywhere tvs are sold.

You can find micro-fiber cloths that are designed for soft touch screens. I have accumulated a bunch over the years and just use one of them with a glass cleaner that is window tint safe. Do not use Windex or similar, but 'Invisible Glass" works well, Just spray it on the cloth and not the surface being cleaned. Works great on LED TV's, computer screens etc. My wife uses it on cook top stove, no streaks.
