Sissy bar and luggage rack LOCKS

Hey guys. What kind of locking mechanism do you use to lock those expensive sissy bar and luggage racks to your bikes. I know, Harley offers their version, but, in many cases, it can be quickly and easily be removed with a simple allen wrench. Just looking for a better  mouse trap!!!
