MSRP in the UK
« on: February 21, 2007, 02:01:02 PM »

Do you think we have "stealers" here?  All  CVO owners in the US should be glad we don't have to pay these MSRPs.  I took this picture today at Warr's HD, in London, the oldest HD Dealer is Europe.
22,999 pounds is roughly 46,000 dollars plus taxes and license and probably VAT and who knows what else.  They had three Black and Orange 07 Jesters for sale if anyone is interested at MSRP!

It's a similar prices in FRANCE than in England but all taxes includes.

But it's not possible to found one CVO on floor because the dealer receive only the CVO if he sent a copy of an order with the name of the customer. Also, he must to send the copy of the payment for an amount of 30% of the total.
It's possible to order a CVO during three weeks after the annual convention of the MOCO because the number in each country is limited.
It's means that it's not possible to buy a new CVO after the 10th August.

Bisounours:  I am going to try and get down to  le Viaduc de Millau this week if I get a chance. When I first saw your pictures, I decided that I would go there, this winter it will be by car, but this summer??? That will be worth the trip, I would have liked to see it when it was being built as I am in the large erection crane business.

Sure, with your business, the viaduc is interresting.

Are you participate at the HD Eurofestival in ST TROPEZ the 10th till 13th May ?
The viaduc is not exactly on the road for ST TROPEZ but it's not so far.

Later, it's Fuengirola for the European Rally and it's not so far of the way for Spain.

I've ST Tropez but not Spain on my planning.

No, it's more of a "bargain" than you think - these are "On the road" prices, nothing more to add.  ;)  However, note that even at $46000, we are short of quite a lot of items on the CUSE2 that you have as standard - no billet mirror stems, plain single-bulb headlamp, no garage door opener, no XM radio, no smoked turn signal lenses, no "D"-Rings on the saddlebag fasteners.  :nixweiss:  Of course we DO get some extras that you guys don't get.  The world's ugliest rear registration plate mount, (meaning no clean rear fender), a stupid ugly chrome strip (Hey, d00d, bet you never thought I'd describe a chrome gizmo as ugly!) on the front edge of the front fender, and performance strangling valves on the air cleaner and exhaust system, oh and best not forget a thicker windshield!  You guys getting jealous yet?   :orange:

Hey Jim, Bis and Icy - Never mind the over inflated prices what about the wait. I ordered my CACO Serk in September last year and it's not even being built until April with a speculative delivery date of May. If it was something a little less hard to get my business would have gone elsewhere. $39,000 plus the OCD and the engine mods plus a 9 month wait - it would be easier to get a Ferrari !

I hope it's going to be worth the wait.
