rear wheel sprocket to wheel torque???

Hey guys. Got a question about my '12 switchback. Ok, I know this is the CVO forum, but please, humor me. My '04 CVO e-glide is still my favorite. Anyway, painted the rear wheel on the switchback and need the torque specs for the rear sprocket to the wheel and the rotor too. Heard horror stories of the REUSED bolts snapping off etc. Do I use new bolts, loctite and if so, what color etc.? Would like to have some input, please. Thanks

Use new fasteners, and they come with a dry locking patch already applied.

P/N 43567-92   SCREW 3/8-16 X 1 TORX pan hd., w/lock patch

P/N 3109   SCREW 7/16-14 X 2-5/8 hex cap w/washer, w/lock patch

You will need 5 of each, and at MSRP the total cost would be about $20. 

I don't have the installation torque specs for that model.  Sorry.
