First off I want to say I am not a tuner.
It appears that the tuner richened up your air fuel ratio and may have adjusted your timing in a couple areas. From what I see and it being a 5th gear pull your bike should be running very well. And a very hot dyno area @ 99 deg.

Overall the numbers are in the ballpark, for me its a little lean for WOT (wide open throttle in the area that the stock cam makes most of its power 2300-4000 rpm.   It richens up after that.   The lines could be a bit smoother, and you may have some clutch slippage as indicated by the dips across the line.  Definitely an improvement over the stock blue line, but some additional tweaking wouldn't hurt.
