Obviously, I didn't research that, but my mind was made up.  I've used S&S products for years, and can't recall any problems, whatsoever.  My decision on a built motor was based more on the relationship I have with Tilley's, and the comfort level of personally knowing who built the Motor from the ground-up.  That probably reflects my level of OCD, but that's just the way I am.  And, as the 103 Heads we had NRHS work were Black, that made my vision of a Black Motor a reality.  I'm pleased with the numbers, but haven't had the opportunity to see how long the Ol' Girl's legs are, yet.  Plan to do that soon.  It's a beautiful day here in WV today, but cold as a whore's heart.  Too cold to ride for this Ol' fart, anyway.  Later--HUBBARD
Hey Hub how is that ping at 80% or greater throttle position? Have you had a chance to put some more miles on her? Keep waiting on a good Saturday to ride up for brunch.

Jody came up and tweeked it a little, but I haven't had a chance to try it out yet.  I probably over-reacted any way.  We think it was a little too hot.  Back Head had been 312 degrees!  And he was fussin' at me about that 110 octane fuel.  Got some "Octane Accelerator" now, and should be fine.  Anyway, I'll stretch her out in a few days, and let ya' know.  Lookin' forward to that Country Ham sammitch!  And the Carrot Cake there is delicious!  Let's shoot for one Saturday or Sunday in May.  This month is booked with Family stuff.  Carly, my oldest, turns 30 Monday!  Man, time flies!  And I just turned 65!    Later--HUBBARD

There are a number of dyno charts posted in the 117 threads on this site. As for torque: I'm breaking 120 at 2800 rpm and 130 at 4000 rpm. The kit is very rideable as it comes from the Motor Company with 259E cams. Good luck with your choices. You will love the power.

Damn, I barely have over 600 miles on my new CVO Pro Street and you already got me looking at the H-D 117 kit.

Have a 2014 cvo limited.  Vance &Hines ho headers and monster rounds.  Just installed 585 cams last winter, but have not put on Dino yet, so don't know numbers.  Anyone know what kind of increase I could get by putting in 117 cylinders and upgraded throttle body?

If it makes you feel any better my 110 jugs have 22 miles on them. :nixweiss:
