 Oh well,... guess I put the cart before the horse. the offer that was made was turned down so  went full asking price then some one went over the asking price. It all happened bam,...bam,..bam and it was over  :(
Now the hunt begins all over

Have spent just enough time in London over the years to know I wouldn't want to live there if I ever wanted to drive regularly.  So the move looks amazing.  Good luck on getting all the details sorted and having it all done in Bristol fashion.  :2vrolijk_21:

No waste of time at all. It was an interesting read. Sorry it didn't work out. Usually it seems in life it turns out for the better. In a way it actually makes me feels a little more optimistic, in that over the pond there are properties that are appreciating rather than the opposite. In my vacinity it is FINALLY doing the same.
