CFR KO Exhaust Sound Clip Video
« on: April 26, 2016, 01:59:35 AM »

After much research, I decided to take a small gamble on some CFR KO Slip-on.  These sound clips are with the stock catted head pipe.

Here is a vid of Stock Exhaust vs CFR KO for those that are interested.  Turn up the speakers!

Loud and people love them. However if you want to loose power and create tuning issues that is the best pipe to use . Not being a wise guy just stating facts. I refuse to waste my time to tune them.. TONS of posted dyno sheets showing back to back power loss with them.

Does this apply only to megaphone style exhaust?

The original CFR mufflers were way too open.
They added restriction that made them work a lot better.
Still not the best performers down low but definitely usable whereas the originals were like Steve stated...a tuning nightmare with poor results below 3k rpm.
