How2 - the issue may be the Thundermax. I had one in my vrod and hated it. My bike would fluctuate from 700-1200 rpm while at stop lights or just plain stall when slowing and shifting from 2nd to 1st. I recall issues starting when hot as well. I would check that first.

Good luck!

Question:
Why ditch the superior OEM EFI engine management system?
*It is completely tunable using state of the art tuning (and auto-tune) software and hardware.
*Retains the all-too-important detonation (ping) protection.
*Retains serviceable EFI system by most all shops, both dealers and indys.
*Also, under certain conditions, retains the OEM warranty.
Just MHO based on tuning theses bikes with virtually all the devices on the market,

:2vrolijk_21: :2vrolijk_21:    The stock Delphi ECM is a much more capable device than anything T-Max has ever produced, and yet some people keep removing them to install an inferior product.  Such is the power of advertising and word of mouth from ill-informed individuals.
