We have annual GTG's in California, the Smokies (Sept '16), and in the middle of the country at Eureka Springs, Arkansas (June '17). As to your questions on levers and floorboards, do a search on the forum. There are a lot of us who've changed our brake levers out, and moved our floorboards out as well. I posted product reviews of both items for my '15 RGU.
