Yes. Take it to the dealership and they can program it so that the spot lights stay on all of the time, both high and low beam. It takes them about 10 min. to do. No wiring required

I also have a TTS turner. Do you think the dealer can still do this even with that installed?

The TTS isn't installed as such, it was just used to load a new calibration file to the stock ECM.  It won't affect the programing for the lighting.
