I haven't dug deep enough yet to find the full specs on the Michelins, but as scratch mentioned if you go by the specs for the Dunlops there is a 0.85" difference in overall diameter between the 180/65B16 and the 180/55B18. I would expect the Michelins to show a similar difference, but each manufacturer does tend to vary slightly. Per Dunlop:

180/65B16 O.D. = 25.33"
180/55B18 O.D. = 26.18"
