Ebay Heads With Questionable Part Number
« on: June 03, 2016, 07:56:28 AM »

Found these heads on ebay. "Up for sale is a brand new Harley Davidson Screamin' Eagle SE CVO Twin Cam 110 Granite Cylinder Heads p/n 94675 - Program #0905." Can't find the part number anywhere. Called my local dealer and the Motor Company. Nobody knows.

That part number is for the whole kit that was used in the "Update" Harley issued for the early 110's.  I'm not sure if those heads would be up to the latest specs, but if you're just looking for a set of heads to send out and have worked they would probably be fine.  I think it would be a good idea to ask one of the guys who specialize in head work, since they would be much more aware of any differences in the casting over the years.

One of my few remaining live brain cells just kicked in.  The front heads would differ in one area for sure, the machined/drilled/tapped area for the stabilizer bracket that was added for the 2009 frame and motor mount change wouldn't be there.

True but this is easily drilled and faced. I have special tooling to accomplish this.

So I guess the question is, will they work on my 2014 Breakout or would I be better off not risking it and having my heads ported. I can get his price down to $450 I think, as we are negotiating. But I don't want to risk inferior heads or end up having more problems than it's worth.

The breakout does not need the holes, no issue, this is a FL chassis detail

Yup, sorry if I misled you.  The 2009 frame change I mentioned was for Touring models only.  If you're just looking for some heads to send out to be worked so you don't have to send the ones currently on the bike, and you can get them for a great price, sounds like a good idea to me.

if you want 110 heads, look arouind some more.they can be had for a lot less $$ (especially if your going to port them,no need for "new" heads).we also have fixtures for machining the ft mount if needed by anyone
