I just looked now as well and you are correct,  curious as to what it means.

What is EIM, equivalent inertia mass? Listed as 520kg or 1146lbs for the CVO Ultra limited.

If they're doing what I think they're doing that's the moment of inertia.  It's not the dead weight.  Think of the effect of moment and torque on a swinging pendulum as measured around its rotational point.  There's a formula for it.  Like the moment of mass (or second moment, I forget which) around a rotational axis.  But I forget the formula as well.  It's been way too long since I had to use that stuff.

That somewhat makes sence to my old mind, now how does it play into emission reports?    ;D

That gets less complicated.  When the moment of inertia causes the rods to swing too freely around the rotational mass all the chit falls apart and plugs up the exhaust ports so there are no more emissions. ???

How much it feels like it weighs if you lay it over on it's side?  :nixweiss:

And another LOL.  But I thought it was how much human methane is emitted when we try to pick the mofo back up.
