Used 2013 SERG

I just purchased a 2013 CVO and am trying to figure out what upgrades have been done if any. The dealer is not giving me any leads except for VH headers and pipes. I found what I believe is either the stock tuner or ? Found this behind the right side cover. The part number I got is Delphi 28062187, there is also this number on it DP/N 68924-07.

Well part number comes back as the security siren,
