Rush Pipes and Mufflers
« on: January 21, 2017, 08:38:48 PM »

I have replaced the stock pipes and mufflers on my 2014 CVO Limited with Rush ceramic pipes and Big Louie mufflers with 2 inch baffles. I also have changed the cams to a fairly new TTS product - 150 grind which I am told Steve designed specifically for the 110 motor. While changing the cams the lifters were also replaced with S&S lifters. Following all this a TTS Mastertune tuner was used and the tune completed on a dyno. Final results have left me with a very rideable, streetable bike showing 99.25 hp and 115ft. lbs. torque while also retaining mileage somewhat less than stock but still very acceptable (like about 25-30 miles less per tank). My question, finally, is - are these results OK or should I be expecting more of this setup?
