Question?
« on: March 21, 2007, 06:01:47 PM »

With 90 HP & 108 TQ after D&D pipes, PCII & SEAC, I'm pretty dissapointed. Anybody done cams? Which? Throttle body? Combo of both? :nixweiss:

Actually, those are pretty good numbers for the mods you did.  10% increase in both torque and power...not too shabby.

I agree with Red.  I'm assuming the D&D's are the Fat Cat 2-into-1's?  They are just not going to make large peak numbers like some other pipes, but I bet if we could see your torque curve, it comes in early and stays nice and flat for a loooonng time, right?

Yup, those are average improvements for those mods on a 110! I did V&H True duals w/Oval mufflers, Ness Big Sucker and SERT which yielded 93HP & 111ft/lbs. Waiting for consistent temps above 60 degrees here to dyno tune Andrews 59HG cams, mild head work and Rinehart true duals with hopes of at least 105-110hp and 115-120 ft/lbs (? ? ?)

I'm thinking those are some pretty good numbers, but I also understand wanting more.  Personally, I'd stick with that, and keep on smiling. :2vrolijk_21:

That is real close to my setup mine was 94hp&110TQ  I think it has alot to due with the mans wisdom tunning bike. I know there is alot more room in these 110s.

Talked to a couple locals w/same results. Looking for 100HP. Will 260 cams get it close? I talked to a guy who did 260's & H-D CNC Ported heads. Bumped up to 103 HP. Heads were stock/no work, straight from H-D. RH Duals on his.
