Ya so it's messed up. Seems low to me as well. So frustrating!

Not to tell you your business but I'd have a pretty blunt conversation with the owner about his "master tech".

What would cause idle pressure to be at 13 to 15 and higher RPMS to be under the spec?

As oil pumps wear, the rings and rotors of the pump "wear into" one another.  If when removed and replaced, the location or direction of either the rings or rotors changed, it could (and likely would) allow for excessive leakage and lower pressures.  A reasonable possibility...

Ok update, so the oil pressure sending unit was off a little and after replacing it, it seems all is well. I still think the oil pressure is on the low side, but it's with in spec. Also the bike is night and day quite on cold start. I'm back in love lol.

What pressure are you seeing now at speed when hot?

30 to 35 above 2000 rpm. It still seems low, but it's running well and quite😄
