.....and I called Progressive......with reasonably priced shipping from Canada ( and border delays....and their shipping back to me)( I could go with FAST shipping that would cost over half of what the Monotubes did originally!!) it'll probably be about a three week turn-around to get warranty replacements. About 40,000 kms on them. Shops don't want an 'immobile' bike tying up shop space and want to charge for storage. All this makes the warranty useless, cost-wise to use to replace them now. Looking at replacing with Race Tech complete suspension kit for $333 CDN and shipping the Mono tubes off to Progressive after I install the Race Techs...not worrying about turn-around time and selling the monotubes (which happen to be on back-order) . Best Canadian price on Mono Tubes is $478 CDN ( I paid $310 in 2012)including shipping.
I don't have any of the stock parts...lost in a move......so, now the Race Techs will have another $300 + in stock parts to buy.........damn....gotta look at other options!
