    • CVO1: 2005 CVO Electra Glide

Hey guys I just bought my first Cvo Electra Glide. My tires are gonna need to be replaced in the next probably 2000 miles. I have always ran Dunlop D402's, but i was curious if guys are getting any better tread wear out of the dunlop elites or michelin commanders. Any input is greatly appreciated! Not worried about the cost just want the best bang for my buck! Also want to hear pros/cons of something different.

Michelin Commander II. That's what I run on my '06 CVO Ultra.

I'm a Big fan of the Michelin Commander IIs and the GlidePro on the '05 SEEG! Great handling, smooth...

The CIIs are wearing well and seem to be lasting much longer than the OE Dunlops... Will replace with same...

My SEEG will never see another set of Dunflops again. I see a set of Commanders in my near future.

Brian,

Put the Michelin Commanders on the 02 & 04 like em a lot.   Big test is the 11 now that they released both tires.   Dunlops are scalloped badly again

The Michelin Commander II's  are a huge upgrade I have over 11,000 miles on them now my bike handles better they wear even and they are less money.
